I’ve already got a website and Google Business Profile. Why do I need Knife Kite?
Getting found is only part of it. Knife Kite also answers the calls you can’t, gets the details to you and follows up enquiries that stall.
We don’t start from scratch for the sake of it. We keep what’s working and fix what needs fixing. Your domain name and Google Business Profile stay yours.
Is this just another marketing agency?
No. We don’t sell ad campaigns and click reports. Knife Kite is built around Job Leaks: the gaps between a customer looking for you and you getting the job. Getting found, getting answered and getting followed up.
What happens when someone calls and I can’t answer?
Keep your existing number. When you can’t answer, the call diverts to Knife Response, our virtual receptionist. It takes the customer’s name, number, suburb and what they need, and sends it straight to you.
It doesn’t quote prices, book jobs or make promises on your behalf. You take over from there.
Is it going to pretend to be me?
No. Knife Response tells callers it’s answering for your business, and it’s honest if they ask who they’re speaking to. It never pretends to be you or one of your staff. Its job is to collect the details and get them to you.
Is A$997 a month (inc. GST) really worth it?
Think about what the jobs you miss, lose or never follow up are worth to your business. Knife Kite is built to close those gaps and give more genuine enquiries a chance to turn into quotes.
Before you sign anything, we check where you’re getting found, what happens when customers contact you and where jobs may be disappearing before you get the chance to quote. The Job Leak Audit looks at whether those gaps are actually big enough to make Knife Kite worthwhile for your business. If we don’t think they are, we’ll tell you.
What results can I actually expect?
We can’t promise a set number of calls, quotes or jobs. Every business, service area and market is different. What we can do is put the right pieces in place so more genuine enquiries have a chance to reach you and be acted on.

How much work is this going to create for me?
Not much. You fill in one onboarding form and give us access to what we need. We build it while you stay on the tools. You check everything before it goes live, then we look after it every month with one clear report.
What if I want to leave?
There’s a 3 month minimum from the day you go live. After that it’s month to month. Give 30 days’ notice and you’re out, with no exit fee. If you leave after the minimum term, we hand over your website files.
